Leaders may want to download the forms below to help them collect all the necessary information for their groups. If booking/paying by post and cheque please also make sure you send your registration forms.

Help towards the cost of the weekend…..
If you need financial help towards the cost of Hollybush Youth Camp you can apply for a grant from The David Chilcott Fund. The David Chilcott Fund is a registered charity and its purpose is to help young people attend Christian holidays, courses and conferences, which they would otherwise not be able to afford, by contributing financially to the costs of the event and travelling to it. The Fund contributes to around 475 young people each year donating approximately £37k.
